Our Founder
His years of playing and coaching baseball taught him one very important life lesson: to win consistently, you have to consistently execute the fundamentals. Buddy combines his knowledge and appreciation for financial fundamentals with his ability to enable comprehension.
Utilizing his proprietary 137awareness business model he has provided insight, direction and understanding to business owners and critical decision-makers in global corporations, large and small companies across the country and enterprising entrepreneurs as well.

His experience as a business owner, corporate consultant, licensed stockbroker, Chief Financial Offer (CFO) and executive mentor forms a foundation for teaching others how to identify, understand and evaluate the numbers that tell how their business is really doing.
Once they understand their current state, he shows them how to combine knowledge, vision and performance into an effective strategy called “Awareness to Action.”
A Published Author
He is the author of the books, Somebody Help! Getting Clear and Concerned About Your Money, and How is Your Business Really Doing? Your Answer Lies Hidden In Your Numbers, which examine both personal and professional financial fundamentals.
Among his other accomplishments, he was the first person to hold simultaneous professional designations (CPM—Certified Property Manager, CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member, and SRS—Specialist in Real Estate Securities) in management, brokerage and securities syndications within the real estate industry.
An Educator at Heart
Buddy is also responsible for developing and implementing new financial education programs designed specifically for board of directors. These programs systematically educate board members, helping them understand company financial information. This, in turn, helps them make informed decisions and confidently provide direction to companies they serve.
A Family Man at Home
From a personal perspective, Buddy inspires others to go a little further and dig a little deeper to achieve targeted results in their personal lives, as well as their professional lives. Faith, family and finances continue to be his focus. But he considers his greatest success and joy to be his family. He and his wife Judy have been married 44 years. They have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
